DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We make every effort to carry a comprehensive stock of beautiful stems to meet our customer's requirements but all choices are colour palettes and will be the best available subject to seasonality and our quality standards.
This means that the flowers may not always be the same as the photographs on our website but a suitable, similarly-priced alternative and if the customer requests a specific stem that we are unable to supply then we will supply a suitable alternative or contact the customer.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
We can offer a same-day delivery on all orders received by 2pm during our normal opening hours, subject to availability. For orders received after 2pm or outside our normal opening hours, we will deliver on the next working day. Delivery is included in all costs. We deliver within 30 mins of our shop only. The shop is closed Sundays and Mondays.
Delivery is included in our prices and our delivery area is within 30 minutes' drive of our shop in central Warwick.
We deliver our hand tied bouquets in biodegradable water cups and recyclable presentation boxes.
IF WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER
If a delivery recipient is not at home we leave at the doorstep unless it is unsafe to do so, we may leave with a neighbour if needs be. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers and a re-delivery has to occur you may incur a delivery charge.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your flowers please do let us know,
if you can supply us with a photo we will replace your
flowers for you should there be a reasonable problem.
If for whatever reason you request a refund by card we
would request a photo and proof of purchase to ensure we refund the correct amount to you.
There are no cash refunds given unfortunately we can only offer a replacement. Refunds and replacements are ultimately at the discretion of the Manager.
